TJ is a Lexington native and proud graduate of Henry Clay High School and Western Kentucky University. While in college, TJ founded Maxberry Property Services, which has grown into a full-service painting and property improvement company. Shortly after graduating, he earned his real estate license, successfully operating both businesses for more than six years.
As a licensed Realtor®, real estate investor, and owner of Maxberry Property Services, TJ brings a full spectrum understanding of buying, selling, renovating, and building wealth through real estate. He helps clients identify value, avoid costly mistakes, and make strategic decisions that create long term equity, not just close transactions.
Outside of work, TJ enjoys spending time with his family and friends, biking, hiking, working out, traveling, and gardening. He is also passionate about mentoring students and young adults, teaching financial literacy, real estate, and business to middle school, high school, and college students.
